Getting double the Antioxidant power from food!!

   Eating specific foods together dramatically increases the benefits of certain antioxidants, reveals Ohio State research. Similarly, pairing avocados with tomatoes unleashes up to 4 times more stroke stopping lycopene, say researchers-and you'll absorb twice as much fat-soluble vitamin E from spinach if you saute the veggie in butter, olive oil, or other fat.
